Shipping & Returns

Most orders shipped same day via FedEx Ground Service. Large orders ship freight carrier, usually Fedex Freight. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii normally ship U.S.P.S. Parcel Post. International orders are quoted on a per order basis. Most printed orders shipped within 5 business days.  All orders FOB Scottville, MI. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  Any back charges occurred to Paddlesports Warehouse due to wrong or incomplete customer information will be billed to the customer.

The rate for shipping trailers is $2.50 per mile for 10 Canoe and 16 Kayak trailers.  The rate for shipping 16 Canoe trailer is $2.50 per mile.  FOB: Scottville, Michigan  49454

 

Items on the CLEARANCE page are sold As-Is.  These items are typically end of stock, close-out specials and are Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable.

PADDLESPORTS WAREHOUSE (WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS) RETURN POLICY

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE APPROVED.  Any shipment without prior authorization, or sent Freight Collect, will be refused.  Please use the original packaging if possible.  Remove or cover the original shipping label and seal the package securely with tape.  Return the items via UPS Ground with delivery confirmation, or call for return shipping labels.  Please do not send your package C.O.D., by air, or via mail service (i.e. UPS Store, or Pack & Ship).  Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise.  All returns subject to inspection.  Sale price of UNUSED product will be refunded in the manner in which you paid for your order.  Refunds will be for merchandise only unless pre approved.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Returns after 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking charge.  All custom made or imprinted items are non-refundable.

 

PADDLESPORTS WAREHOUSE (RETAIL CUSTOMERS) RETURN POLICY

Any UNUSED items will receive a full refund or may be exchanged if returned with a valid sales receipt within two weeks of sale. No item will be refunded without a valid sales receipt. After two weeks unused items can receive a refund in the form of store credit only and a 10% restocking fee will apply. Refunds will be in the form of a store gift card that does not expire or reduce in value over time. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on kayaks, canoes, SUP boards and clothing that have been used.
